Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all products sold on BAD COMPANY Cosmetics are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if:

  • the correct product/shade has been delivered,
  • the order has been delivered successfully,
  • the products have reached in undamaged condition, or
  • the customer changes their mind after purchase.

Products that have been used, swatched, opened, or tampered with will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, shade references, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and other convenience fees are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • a defective item, or
  • an incorrect item/shade,

please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@badcompanycosmetics.com with:

  • your order ID,
  • clear images of the product received,
  • images of the outer packaging, and
  • an unboxing video wherever possible.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Claims raised beyond 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Replacement requests for damaged products will only be processed for the same product originally purchased. We do not accommodate shade or product changes under replacement requests.
