Shipping Policy
At BAD COMPANY Cosmetics, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. During sale periods, new launches, public holidays, or high order volume days, dispatch timelines may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. Most domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, operational delays, public holidays, or courier disruptions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping fees, COD charges, convenience fees, and similar charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details while placing an order. BAD COMPANY Cosmetics shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address details, reshipping charges may apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available on selected pin codes and orders at our discretion. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations, users, or orders without prior notice.
Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, BAD COMPANY Cosmetics ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@badcompanycosmetics.com with:

clear images of the product received,

images of the outer packaging, and
-
an unboxing video wherever possible.
Once reviewed and approved by our team, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue and product availability.
